At Zero Static, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Whether you’ve had an issue with our service or one of our products, our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied.

RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that are used, opened, not in their original condition, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for opened liquids or chemical products due to health and safety regulations.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm we have received your item and advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at:

- We do charge a restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product fault or our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please include any relevant documents (such as order invoice or email communications) with your return to help us process it quickly.
